Both are excellent, and we’ve used them for years. Lufti exists for the things we kept building around them.

Questions, answered honestly.
Lufti started as a personal project: one place to run work, home and everything in between, without six subscriptions and a pile of copy-paste. It’s being built by an independent founder in the Netherlands, and shaped by the people on the waitlist.
When can I use Lufti?
Lufti is in active development and not available yet. We’ll invite people from the waitlist in small groups as each part becomes solid. We won’t promise a date we can’t keep; people on the waitlist will hear first.
What will it cost?
We haven’t set pricing yet. Our plan is a fair subscription that pays for the servers and the work, never ads or selling data. You’ll see the price before you’re ever asked to pay, and you can export everything at any time.
Where is my data stored, and who can see it?
In the EU, on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Your workspaces will be strictly separated from everyone else’s: only you, and the people you invite to a shared workspace, will be able to see what’s in them.
Will you use my data to train AI?
No. We don’t sell your data and we don’t use it to train AI models. AI features will be optional. When you use them, only the content needed for your request will be processed by a third-party AI model provider, under terms that don’t allow training on your data.
Do I have to use the AI?
No. The assistant will be optional. Lufti will work as a complete workspace without it, and you’ll control which agents can access your data through the API and MCP.
What is MCP, and why should I care?

Can I take my data with me?

Does it work on my phone, and can I share with my partner?
That’s the plan for both. Lufti is being designed mobile-first. It will install as an app on your phone and computer, and changes will sync in real time. You’ll be able to keep private workspaces and share others, like a household space, with the people you choose.
