Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using Lufti and what you can expect from us. We have kept them as plain as possible.
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Who provides Lufti
Lufti is provided by Lufti (in formation) (“Lufti”, “we” or “us”). These terms form an agreement between you and Lufti when you create an account, start a trial or subscribe to the service.
If you use Lufti for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for that organization. You can contact us at [email protected].
The service
Lufti is an online workspace for people, companies, interactions, notes, projects, tasks and goals. It also provides REST API and MCP access so that your own tools and AI agents can work with your data under the permissions you choose. Team plans provide a shared workspace with members and roles.
Lufti is in early access. Features may change as we improve the service. Optional integrations with other services are subject to those services’ own terms.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a contract to use Lufti. Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity in your account and for the people you invite to a workspace.
Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Workspace owners are responsible for assigning appropriate member roles.
Trials, subscriptions and cancellation
Personal and Team subscriptions are available with monthly or yearly billing. Team requires at least two members. The current prices and plan features are on our pricing page. Lufti does not offer a free plan.
New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. If you do not cancel, the subscription converts to the paid plan and billing period you selected.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel the next renewal at any time through your Paddle subscription link or by contacting us. Access continues until the end of the paid period; cancellation does not itself trigger a refund.
Payments and Paddle
Purchases are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle processes your payment, calculates and collects applicable taxes, and provides your receipt or invoice. Paddle appears on your statement. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the purchase in addition to these terms.
You authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method for the trial conversion, recurring subscription and member count shown at checkout. You must provide valid billing information. We do not receive your full card number.
Prices and price changes
Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where stated on the pricing page and at checkout. Paddle determines the applicable tax from your billing details.
We may change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email or through the service before a change applies to your subscription. A new price takes effect no earlier than your next renewal after that notice. You can cancel before it takes effect if you do not accept it. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
Acceptable use
You may use Lufti only lawfully and with respect for other people. In particular, do not:
- break the law, violate someone’s rights, or upload content you have no right to use;
- send spam, distribute malware, or use Lufti to harass or deceive others;
- try to access another workspace, account or system without permission;
- probe, disrupt or overload the service, or bypass security and access controls;
- resell access, scrape the service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows this; or
- use the API or MCP in a way that creates an unreasonable load or harms the service for others.
Your data and export
You keep ownership of the content and data you put into Lufti. You give us permission to host, process, transmit and back up that data only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service, and to comply with the law. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to upload and process it.
You can export your data while your account is active, without an exit fee. The REST API and MCP provide additional access within the permissions you set. If you close your account, contact us within 30 days if you need help with a final export, unless we are required by law to delete the data sooner.
AI agents, API access and keys
You control the API keys and MCP connections you create, including their permissions and revocation. Keep keys secret and review what you allow an agent or integration to do. You are responsible for tools you connect and for activity performed with your keys.
AI features and connections are optional. Your own AI provider’s terms apply to its handling of data you send to it. We do not use your customer content to train AI models.
Availability during early access
We work to keep Lufti reliable, but during early access we do not provide a service-level agreement. The service may occasionally be unavailable or change for maintenance, security or development. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, but we will take reasonable steps to restore service when something goes wrong.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Lufti, cancel your subscription or close your account at any time. We may suspend or limit access if necessary to protect the service or other people, or if you materially breach these terms. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the issue first.
We may terminate access for a serious or repeated breach, or where continued provision would be unlawful. If we discontinue Lufti, we will give reasonable advance notice so you can export your data. Refunds are governed by our refund policy and mandatory law.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This includes liability for intent or gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, and rights that consumers have under mandatory EU or Dutch law.
Where the law allows a limit, Lufti is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Lufti’s total liability arising from or relating to the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid for Lufti in that period. You remain responsible for keeping suitable exports of important data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service or the law changes. We will post the new version and update the date above. For a material change, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email or through the service. If you do not accept the change, you can stop using Lufti and cancel before it takes effect. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes may be brought before the competent Dutch courts. If you are a consumer, you also keep any right to bring a claim in a court or under rules that mandatory law makes available to you.
