Refund policy

Try Lufti first, and ask within the refund window if a payment was not right for you. The rules are the same for Personal and Team.

Last updated: October 27, 2026

Start with a 14-day free trial

Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you pay nothing. If you keep the subscription, the first payment is taken when the trial ends.

First-payment refund

If you are charged, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment of a subscription. This is the first paid charge after the trial. You do not need to give a reason, and this applies even if you have started using Lufti.

Annual renewal refund

You can also request a full refund within 14 days of an annual renewal. This extra window applies to the yearly renewal payment, so an unexpected annual charge can be reviewed and returned on request.

Other renewal payments are not automatically refundable under this voluntary policy. You can still contact us, and nothing in this policy limits a refund or other remedy that the law gives you.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] within the applicable 14-day window. Include the email used for your subscription and, if available, the Paddle receipt or order reference. You can also use the support or refund link in your Paddle receipt.

Refunds are handled through Paddle, our merchant of record, and returned to the original payment method. We will confirm the request, but your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund. Never send us your full card number.

Cancellation and refunds are different

You can cancel the next renewal at any time through your Paddle subscription link or by contacting us. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling by itself does not reverse a payment.

If you want a payment returned, make a separate refund request within the applicable window. After an approved refund, we may end access to the refunded subscription immediately.

EU consumers’ statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online service purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. The statutory period and any rules about a service supplied during that period are determined by the law that applies to you.

Our first-payment and annual-renewal refund windows give you a straightforward way to request your money back and do not replace or reduce your statutory rights. To exercise a statutory withdrawal, contact us or Paddle before the legal deadline using either method above.

Questions

If you are unsure whether a charge qualifies, email [email protected]. We will check the payment and explain what we can do.
