Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices on this page are in EUR and include VAT. Paddle calculates the VAT for your location and shows the final amount before you pay.
How does payment work?
Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle processes your payment, handles sales tax and issues your receipt or invoice. Paddle appears on your statement and invoice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before your 14-day trial ends and you pay nothing. After a paid period starts, you can cancel the next renewal at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment of a subscription, and within 14 days of an annual renewal. Statutory consumer rights are not affected. See our refund policy for the details and how to ask. Read the refund policy
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Your data is yours, and you can export it without an exit fee. The REST API and MCP access also let your own tools work with your data, within the permissions you choose.
